David is the son of founders, David, Sr and Debbie Whitley. He and his wife, Dana, have 3 wonderful children. David has been in the mortgage business for over 19 years. He has served in the roles of a Loan Officer and CEO of Whitley Mortgage. David has been running Whitley Mortgage for over ten years and loves every minute of it! He not only loves helping people get the home they desire; he also enjoys helping Realtors and investors do what they love. David has a unique perspective on the mortgage industry. He was a board member of the North Carolina Association for Mortgage Professionals (NCAMP) from 2006-2010; a board member for the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas (MBAC) from 2011-2016; and has served as Vice President for MBAC in 2016. David has knowledge and expertise in all things related to home loans, mortgages and borrower needs.
